Sensor board for PAS sensor
The PAS signal is registered via this circuit board. If the engine only works with gas, it may be due to the PAS sensor or a defective PAS disk. If it is the circuit board, it must be replaced.
Suitable for BBSHD, BBS02 and BBS01 engine.
Mounting the BBSHD motor
- Loosen the screws on the housing cover and remove the cover with axle
- Remove the controller. The circuit board can be seen underneath (Fig. 2). Unscrew the screw from the circuit board and the silicone residue, then remove the black plug (on the right in the picture). Lift up the circuit board and unthread it with the cables. Thread in the new circuit board accordingly and then click it into the black JST connector. Then glue the circuit board in place with a little silicone and screw it in.

Kinder sollten nicht zuhören, wenn man die Pins aus dem Plastik ausbauen will! Gerne würde ich mehr bezahlen, wenn ich das Plastikteil des Stecker zusätzlich bestellen könnte. Aber schön, dass ich die Platine bestellen konnte und in NullKommaNichts in die Schweiz geschickt gekriegt habe! Freitags bestellt, Dienstagmorgen schon am Üben! Ihr seid nicht nur auf Skiern schnell!
