E-bike battery made to your dimensions

Discover our customized battery – made to fit your bike! We have it manufactured according to your measurements so that it fits your bike perfectly. The problem with fullys in particular is often that the normal bottle cage battery does not fit into the frame triangle.

Features:

• Free choice of plugs – for both charging and discharging plugs
• Cable length for charging and discharging cable freely selectable

The battery is supplied in a shrink sleeve – the corresponding bag for storage or attachment to the bike is not included. A suitable charger can also be ordered.

Procedure:

• Please let us know the desired dimensions and available space. For complicated angles, we recommend sending us a template.
• Based on this, we then create a sketch (see pictures below) and coordinate it with you.
• After your approval, we have the battery manufactured. This usually takes 10-14 days.

The Samsung 35E cell has the following technical data:

– Capacity: 3,500 mAh
– Nominal voltage: 3.6/3.7 V
– Final charging voltage: 4.2 V
– Max. Discharge current: 3C 10 A
– Max. Charging current: 0.5C 1.65 A
– Final discharge voltage: 2.5 V

The watt hours are calculated using the nominal voltage (14S x 3.7 V = 51.8 V x Ah). E.g. 51.8V x 21 Ah = 1,087 watt hours. Some calculate with 3.6 V or 3.7 V for 14S, which results in 50.4 V or 52 V when rounded up. The 14S figure is therefore more meaningful.
