Bafang BBSHD Controller 1000W 30A

The original Bafang BBSHD 30A controller, compatible with 48V (13S) and 52V (14S) batteries. Please select above if you need an additional connection for gear sensor and 6V light plug.

Initially, the phases of the BBSHD were supplied with Anderson 45 connectors and later with the crimped connectors as shown in the photos. Our controllers can be operated with 30A (many controllers from other suppliers are limited to 28A).

The following outputs are available:

• Cable to the 4 to 1 connector (main wiring harness)
• Speed sensor
• Battery cable with Anderson 45
• Connector to the motor (phases, Hall, signal)
• optionally with extra connection for gear sensor and 6V light cable with approx. 500 mA. The DPC18 display has its own light switch that supplies power to the plug and switches on a connected light. There is also an additional connection for the gear sensor on the controller so that both brake connections on the handlebars can be used. If these plugs are not used, they should be sealed to prevent water ingress and thus avoid electronic damage. The gear sensor is not included and must be ordered separately.
