However, it is more susceptible if excessive forces are applied and there is no crank movement at the same time (brake, wrong gear, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>The nylon gear wheel should be sufficiently greased during installation. Conventional grease must not be used for this. Ensure that the cable insulation is not damaged.<\/li>\n<li>Remove all 4 phase rubber seals<\/li>\n<li>Loosen the screws on the stator side and remove the stator incl. rotor<\/li>\n<li>Unscrew the 3 Phillips screws jerkily and with a lot of pressure. We recommend using a strong cordless screwdriver and a suitable bit.<\/li>\n<li>Screw in 3x M5 screws (from the stator) evenly so that the plate is raised<\/li>\n<li>Then pull out the nylon gear wheel. Grease the new gear and reinsert it.
