How to change it

Remove circlip and pull PAS up

The best way to open screws is with a high-torque screwdriver, with some pressure down. Important: use a old cloth or gloves, the edges are sharp if everything rotates.

if the plate can't be lifted, screw in the previously removed screws evenly at the small holes

Grease well, observe running direction, install clutch carefully without force. Insert clutch first and then push through the axle. Reinstall backwards, possibly use some Loctite screw lock on the removed screws.
