Pressfit BB86/92 Adapter for mounting Bafang BBS Motors

The Bafang BBS01/02/HD Motors fit at bottom bracket diameter of 33 mm. For larger bb diameter (such as bb92), an adapter is needed. This adapter fits Pressfit BB86 and BB92 bottom brackets. This reduces the diameter of appr. 41 mm to 33 mm (suitable for Bafang BBS motor axle).

This adapter is designed to work with bicycle frames with a BB frame tube outer diameter of less than 47mm ideally (48mm will work but the motor will space out 2 mm). Carbon frames often have a thick layer of carbon and the motor can´t fit. From our experience we have found frames with ISG chain guide mounts may require some modification as these mounts can interfere with motor clearance. Make sure to check the user/install guide (see below) before installation.
